At Forres Harriers we’re all about fun, along with competitive running. Our coaching team will help train you to reach your highest potential. We always have a great time whenever we run.

We’ve been around since the late '40s and are not planning on going anywhere.

IS THERE JUNIOR TRAINING?

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING IS ON OFFER?

Tuesday

09:00 and 18:30 start @ Grant Park  

Effort Session: either hill reps, endurance set or speed work

 

Thursday

18.30 start @ Grant Park

Tempo Run: approx. 6 miles

 

Saturday

9:00 start @ Grant Park

Effort Session: either hill reps, endurance set or speed work

  • Our Junior training is on Thursday evenings 17:30 until 18:15

  • Juniors need to be at least 9 years old to partake.
